Fan club memberships – this is our picture club where you’ll receive photos every month, while you are a Fan club member:

Mail forwarding service free of charge (if your package returns to us), to a family member or friend only – (not back to your facility – that will be a fee of $4.00 extra). You can send him Grab Bag Photos. Please cut, paste, and print out this order form, and mail it to us. We sill send him the photos. Inmate must be 18 to receive photos. BE ABSOLUTELY SURE THAT THE INMATE CAN RECEIVE WHAT YOU SEND HIM, OR THE PHOTOS WILL BE RETURNED TO US. WE WILL CHARGE HIM $4.00 TO HAVE THEM FORWARD TO A HOME ADDRESS. KNOW HOW MANY PHOTOS HE CAN RECEIVE MAX, PER ENVELOPE. If you don’t know, please ask him, before ordering pics – some prisons are very strict. Write anything that you think we need to know, on the back of this ordering form when placing your order, in order for him to receive his photos. Also ask the inmate does his facility let in “C. Paree’s” photos.
